GENERAL OVERSEER
Rev. Dr. Mensa Otabil
Pastor Mensa Otabil is a Ghanaian theologian, philanthropist, motivational speaker, and an entrepreneur. He is the founder of International Central Gospel Church (ICGC), headquartered in Accra, Ghana. Pastor Mensa Otabil oversees the network of ministries of the International Central Gospel Church worldwide. He also serves as the Senior Pastor of Christ Temple, a ministry of International Central Gospel Church.
In 2015, Ghanaians voted him as the most influential person in Ghana, according to a list published by ETV Ghana. Dr. Mensa Otabil is the founder and chancellor of Central University College. His work has centered on issues relevant to Africa, although he has spoken internationally at various conferences and churches.
RESIDENT PASTOR
Pastor Desmond Koranteng Addow
Pastor Desmond was born in Ghana, West Africa. He accepted Christ around the tender age of fifteen years of age. He is a humble and gifted servant of God whose ultimate desire is to do God's will and serve others. Pastor Desmond is a man who loves God and people. He enjoys family time, relaxing, reading, and studying the word of God. Also, he is committed to preaching and teaching the Word of God with power, conviction, and simplicity at every opportunity without compromise.

He graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Theology from Grace Bible College, Diploma in Criminal Justice from Stratford Institute, and Biblical studies from Faith Fellowship Bible College, New Jersey. Also, he pursued a Diploma in Nonprofit Organization from William Peterson University, Wayne, New Jersey.
Pastor Desmond has been ministering the gospel of Jesus Christ for the past 21 years. In 2015 he became the Associate Pastor at ICGC Kingdom Temple, and was later assigned as the Executive Pastor at ICGC Ziklag Temple and is currently the Lead Pastor at ICGC Jubilee House, in both Maryland and South Jersey branches. He has been married to his lovely wife Jacqueline for 25 years, and together, they have six children.
Pastor Desmond desires a community-based church that proclaims the Word of God and ministers to the people's daily needs whenever possible. As someone who loves and desires the best in people, Pastor Desmond has a reputation for serving to meet the needs of others.
